ISTANBUL TRAVEL GUIDE
Turkey's largest city, Istanbul, is the centre of the nation's economy, culture, and history. The city is located in both Europe and Asia, straddling the Bosporus Strait. I've wanted to visit Istanbul for an a while, but I've never been able to find the perfect time to go, so this year I'm spent New Year's Eve there with my mom. Istanbul's commerce, culture, and cat obsession amazed me. I'll be providing you the best travel tips and recommendations in this guide!

GENERAL TRAVEL TIPS
Travel with cash, as Istanbul is very cash based (Especially for the taxis)
Beware of taxi scams, they tend to overcharge (ask your hotel to book cabs or you can do so by using uber)
Watchout for pickpockets especially in the old city
Best area is definitely Nisantasi (Dont stay anywhere else)
I highly recommend flying with Turkish Airlines, we had an amazing experience
Plan your stay for at least 4 nights, that was the length of our trip but we felt we needed more time
